I had to fire a customer today because he wasted over two weeks of my time with his insistence of using some LLM or another for his "graphic design" tasks instead of just paying me $25 to get the problems fixed with his designs within minutes so I could go to press. Sorry dude, I can't afford to go back and forth with you and your chatbot any more, I have work to do. I referred him to one of those slop shop self serve "print" sites where he can waste hours of his own time without involving me. One of those "been around the block a few times" moments in business where I recognize it's more profitable to let go of a customer than it is to continue coddling and attempting to educate them.
