What did you see or experience at #39c3 that you would think one expects the -least- when thinking about a &#39;hacker convention&#39; or &#39;hacker congress&#39;? Still thinking of ways to describe it :)

@wmd@chaos.social The whole feeling of "For every small challenge there is a group of volunteers who will just solve it". Be it "Running the bars" or "access control" or AWESOME live streaming and recording. And many team are reaching levels of professionalism that many high-prize events don't reach.
