I do agree, however, that blue cities and states need to be forming alliances to resist the fascists in D.C.

That's why I said after the midterms. Especially if Trump cancels the elections (which should also get you thrown in jail but lulz) At that point I'm not really sure we can keep pretending laws matter. I'm not sure how a coalition (especially one composed entirely of nonprofits and private businesses, **not governments**) to do things like re-building crumbling infrastructure by sharing ideas and resources could be considered intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government. Especially if this doesn't apply to what's going on in Venezuela, but again lulz
