"Bertelsen's number" When doing primes, it's easy to make mistakes. My trusted copy of Hardy and Wright cites 50847478 as the value of π(10E9). There are tons of books and articles that have this number. It is wrong. In a somewhat epic conjunction of misfortune, that erroneous number has been erroneously ascribed to Bertelsen.
