Nope, if people stopped buying lootboxes, they would just find something else.
The problem is not lootboxes, it is the fundamental incentive structures, that incentivize exploiting your customers.
If we really want to fix this problem, we need to abolish capitalism.

How do we abolish capitalism if we can’t even control our own behaviour?
