I was perusing Bluesky for the first time in months and noticed something: Maybe I just follow particularly decent people (who only boost particularly decent people) on Mastodon, but it seems to me that over here there’s far less outrage directed at those who don’t share 100% of one’s opinions.* We’ve got our complaints, obviously—I don’t know how to exist in 2026 without them—but I haven’t seen as much “I hate this fucking idiot because his idea of how to defeat Trump is different than mine.”
