@simon@fedi.simonwillison.net this was totally coincidental and in no way motivated by (which I only just learned about through HN just now).
Thoughts? The comments on HN about Thariq's post focus on Markdown's ability to bail out to embedded HTML, but still: it's Markdown and requires a Markdown-to-HTML transformation step.
This way is better, surely.
