So, you want to know if the expensive pair of "polarised" sunnies you're about to buy (sunglasses for non-Aussies), are actually polarised? Take two pairs. Nestle one pair inside the other and look through both, the light is just slightly dimmer than looking through one pair. Turn one pair 90 degrees to the other and look through again. If the light is similar to before, they're NOT polarised. If there's now essentially no light coming through, they're polarised. #Physics #LifeHack
