If your solution to someone being victimized is that the victims should learn how to prevent themsevles from being victimized, or that the perpetrators of harm may wait to cease harm until you convince them of its wrongness, you are an apologist for harm.
Right now, this data center is threatening to *fuck shit up*. No metaphor: they are going to rape the fucking land in order to get what they want from it.
If you are suggesting the people about to experience that just need to be more clear and communicate in ways the rapist can understand, if they don't want to get raped?

All OP taught me was that none of you have a reasonable excuse to not immediately go destroy data centers, because none of you have a reasonable answer an alternative solution to ending the harms they are causing. And that *IS* what your civilization has deemed is reasonable: when all other recourse against harm fails: make war. I mean you call it "peacekeeping" and "police actions" ever since the korean war, but, the actions are the same.
