@BoydStephenSmithJr@hachyderm.io screenshots don't promote mass action on the part of downstream readers, in the same way that quote posts do. it's the extreme low friction of quote posting that makes reactivity storms "work".

@ireneista@adhd.irenes.space I kinda disagree. I've seen a lot more wide-spread activity based on screenshots than on quote-tweets. It's rarely difficult to track down a screenshot and especially easy when it is accompanied by a link.
