If they can’t talk about their skills without relying on an LLM, how do you expect them to be able to spot & correct the errors introduced by the LLMs? When I was hiring, we gave small, complex problems for candidates to work on on their own time. The interview was talking to them about the decisions they made in their coding solutions. Solving the problem is less important than being able to socialize their solutions 😔 god I’m glad I’m not in tech anymore
