@rollbear@fosstodon.org control coupling is one of my biggest pet peeves. JUST WRITE TWO FUNCTIONS. CMake is the worst system in the world for doing this. Every command is actually like 20 commands and should have just been 20 commands. (I still on balance think CMake is a great system for most people most of the time. I just strongly disagree with this particular design decision)
