In mathematical logic, A=>B + C=>B does not mean A=>C nor C=>A.
But in conversational logic, the unsaid is also part of the conversation.
To introduce into a conversation "A=>B ; C=>B" is to imply the existence of relevant connection between A and C, which you invite the reader to discover.
