Spurred on by @marcoarment urging folk to buy their tech sooner rather than later … an M4/15/256 MBA ordered for the missus to replace her smashed M1. Via Currys. With a work discount palaver, that’s £752. Not sure that the 6% saving is worth the stress of paying out to an e-card, going through the checkout process and not being entirely sure how to do it or if it’ll actually work, but it’s done. That’s £97 saved vs a refurb from Apple (Apple had none, but they were £849 a few days ago).
