Phoned the pharmacy about a repeat. The message says talk to pharmacy staff, press 1, talk to the prescriptions clerk, press 2. Trying to do the right thing, I press 2. They tell me to talk to the pharmacy. Ask if I want the number. I should’ve just said no, and thank you, and ended the conversation. But I waffled about it being a bit confusing and that I couldn’t know that I’d choose the wrong option because I felt guided that way. …
