@thirstybear@agilodon.social @gavin57@toot.wales got to be careful because they use the general area/postcode. The Rightmove info is close to useless. When we moved, we rejected a bunch of places that had 67mbps indicated speeds that were actually as low as 1 according to Openreach. Kind of surprising that listings that do have good connectivity don’t shout about it. Our neighbours complain about ~30, and we have to explain we picked the place partly for usable speeds.
