Definitiv pg_dump, weil das sauber Upgrades überlebt und ich da keine Produktivdaten habe. Für den Tresor einmal die Woche? Auch pg_dump. Für PITR auf dem Server? Kein pg_dump. Stattdessen pgBackRest oder Barman.
