Hello German side of fedi (and sorry for tagging personally but @h3@chaos.social @elilla@transmom.love I know I can get it at least to two peeps that are in Germany [I think?]) I need some legal advice. Well, less advice, more maybe some reassurance for a friend of mine. She's stuck at a terrible job, and in a bit of a mental health crisis, therefore currently on sick leave. So the question is at which point does she need to worry about getting fired despite being on sick leave? I was wondering if any of you could offer any perspective that would possibly help calm her down.
