@ret@furry.engineer yeah the problem is then you need to place it where its over the water at all times. Reservoirs tend to be really shallow slope-wise

@cinebox@masto.hackers.town @ret@furry.engineer The systems I see here are usually a vertical pipe some distance from the shore. Probably some bias from being more obvious than something on the shore, though.
