Finished this painting I think, I&#39;ll take a better quality photo later today (see next post for the better quality photo i promised)

Here is a nicer scan (please ignore the vertical lines my scanner just does that) It's acrylic on canvas board (i hate canvas board but i had some on hand) palette is: burnt sienna, payne's grey, ultramarine blue, alizarin crimson, naples yellow, yellow ochre, and titanium white

@grepfruit@mstdn.isometry.group This feels like the lost cousin of #prototaxites it feels other worldly... but then the birds make it feel more of our time. I love the colors and the jewel tone surface of the larger parasol those highlights are wonderful. This makes me think of a the calm you feel when a toothache at last stops.
