@MostlyTato@mstdn.social Some pits are bottomless, and I’m afraid a large cohort of English voters comprise that pit. Since ReformLtd is basically unelectable former Tories, and others who are racist, misogynist chancers, the gullibility looks limitless.
I hope Scotland and Wales can make good progress to independence asap, so they can escape the mess.

@HarriettMB@toot.wales If/when Scotland and Wales (and the Isle of Mann and Cornwall!) break from the Union, as would be the sensible option, the deciding factor in this mess may actually be the Tories in England. If they decamp to Reform, which they will, then its meet the new management, same as the old management, only much, much worse. Hello mz Truss, nice to see you again! Britannia Unchained under the watchful eye of the Kremlin supported Reformers. FML these are dark times.
