[and other factors] It's not even the presence of tariffs that caused this, it's the constant wavering. Everyone figured they'd just wait for the next relaxation in them to grab them. Almost makes me wonder if there's more to this story - if openai, with their government connections, influenced the tariffs specifically to achieve this result...
