I'm switching estrogen esther (from enanthate to undecylate) in order to have more stable, long-winding cycles. Except it comes at the cost of a 3 weeks freefall in estradiol concentration in my blood during which enanthate wears of and undecylate builds up in my system. And... oh... my inner angsty teenage girl is BLOOMING. I'm spending long hours listening to portishead in my bed wanting to burn the world to a crisp and generally having sad teenage thoughts. That said, I definitely had too much in my system. Many symptoms are slowly disappearing like headaches, general brain fog, extra tension and pains. Should take about 2-3 months to build up and then I should be on a steady course pretty much forever
