@yohan@social.xenofem.me I don't think there's anything stupid about that, you can't just sit in this world all the time or you'll go insane, everyone needs a bit of escapism.

@wire_witch@social.xenofem.me @yohan@social.xenofem.me ill be honest i think its exceedingly likely there is another intelligent civilisation out there and its exceedingly unlikely we will ever contact them. honestly i doubt we will even get asteroid belt outposts despite that literally having been an active nasa project in the past
