@david@theblower.au Aaaw crap, me too. The heck is that font doing, not putting a little line under the ordinal symbol? I feel like such a fool.

@futzle@old.mermaid.town @david@theblower.au I have been lucky, [compose] o o does the right thing. One can, of course, be more explicit: ℃, or even ℉ when under duress wrt font, well, this one (b612) seemingly gets it right at least.
