What's interesting is the tension between aggressive refactoring and PR reviews. It's difficult to review a bundled set of changes, and it's also difficult to review the whole. That's why I like doing pair and mob programming.

@faassen@hachyderm.io I agree. Mob programming leads to a much deeper shared understanding and decision making process than slower review cycles. I would argue that a “formal” PR is still a good tool to communicate a change set to a broader public. Much like a peer review of a paper maybe.
