@joshoconnorchen@mastodon.nz My gut instinct is that there's a large amount of corporations out there that are very okay with single user, no auditing, no permission controls, etc, but draw the line at not having SSO. So, having that be a corporate differentiator makes sense. Should that be the case? I don't think so. You're right, it's definitely a security oriented feature and it's great. But so many corporations just don't pay for valuable tools for no other reason than because they can, so here we are.
