@fallenhitokiri@social.screamingatmyscreen.com Yes but MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite also all fine. And don't particularly need to be on a separate server at the smallest scale.

@tomw@mastodon.social fair points - I have some reservations when it comes to MySQL on past experience, but SQLite would likely serve many companies well enough and tremendously reduce complexity.
