Been a bit quiet on here recently, and I thought it might help to tell people what's been going on. Sadly my Mum passed away very suddenly a couple of weeks ago, and I have been dealing with all the admin. Some days I am fine, then others I am not. I am being kind to myself. My work are being very supportive. I feel generally ok, but my personal resilience is at an all time low, and the smallest challenges wipe me out. I think it's because I'm feeling the burden of a lot of extra responsibility, sorting things out on behalf of my Dad. I know things will improve, but for the moment it is hard.
