@rzeta0@mathstodon.xyz No no. At the end of Amendment 1, that was adopted first, there it says "(the processing is ...) not applied to interpersonal communications to which end-to-end encryption is, has been or will be applied"

@bendrath@eupolicy.social so how do they intend to assess communications if they don't ban e2e encryption?
