🎸🤘 Hexcess began as a sketch for a sci-fi heavy metal band logo. It’s an experiment using hexagons and the novel forms built from them to construct a high-contrast, condensed blackletter on a grid. In the grand tradition of heavy metal logos, readability wasn’t a high priority but fun certainly was.
