Just about to hit the road driving over to the south-west of France gonna be a long day. Was building a website with ChatGPT the past 24 hours, wow it’s fun. As a Webdesigner so it’s unbelievable what you can do in a few hours compared to a few days. I miss the Cardano community, but I’m afraid I don’t miss 𝕏. I’ll be letting that page expire at the end of the month. 𝕏 turned into a very strange place and I believe they’re using algorithms to mess with our nervous systems. There are patents around how you can use the LEDs in devices to mess with people. I wouldn’t put it past them to be honest with you. I believe they want people like zombies, staring at the screens all day. I truly believe the phone is a black mirror and it’s sucking our life away. Using an Fediverse instance like this where the algorithm is organic and boring. It gives you time to make a post and then just disappear. For me that’s great because I don’t wanna lose eight hours a day doom scrolling. As I said previously, I don’t believe it’s conducive to productive discourse and I think if anything it’s been harming Cardano. The community talks very publicly there and people can see it and it’s not always good. Anyway, my friends, I’m sending you good vibes. I’ve asked a couple of very important people if they would be so kind and give the project a review that I can use on the website. I’ll reveal more soon. I hope they agree to do it because they’ve supported me so far privately. These people are top of the tree in IT, founders of the internet, their support would help a lot to raise the funding we need to move this forward. €65,000 is what we need. Fraunhofer can then build the architecture and we will start to have a framework that will be open source for the rest of the world. That will still only be stage one, but it will be a major step towards making an identity layer for the people. It’s not meant to replace the Identity industry. It’s meant to give people the keys to the underlying layer between you and the Identity industry. When we talk about self sovereign Identity it can’t be sovereign if you don’t own that. And if self sovereign Identity still relies on trust anchors, gateways and gatekeepers then it’s not as sovereign as it can be. And that’s the solution we wish to build. We wish to solve the trust paradox and it may be possible. A decentralised trust framework that enable people to connect without needing to ever show Identity. It’ll make a lot more sense when you see the website I’ve built because I’ve built it in a way which takes the proposal that I had made for the catalyst project, but we’ve rewritten it in a way which will help people understand what .zkdid™ does and how it does it. You’d be surprised that I can be talking to experts in the industry and they don’t understand. It’s very frustrating and it’s a hurdle I need to overcome to help the project move forward.
