Holy shit the logic analyzer found the issue, Intel Me is doing some handshake with the chipset and its failing.......
I have now manually create a new generic "OEM" Intel ME firmware for it to create a new handshake with the transplanted chipset.....
Fuck you Intel ME, Seriously Fuck you.
Also big thankyou to this hackaday article for a comprehensive guide on this intel me OEM fixing ^__^

We at Lenovo are proud to introduce the x225, a new generation in jank Featuring: - a cursed BIOS to make your enemies fear you - a secret 3rd bios chip on the bottom side of the motherboard epoxied in place with wires being held with silkscreen - a Micro-Displayport jack outputing a analog VGA signal - a x230 motherboard that has few ammount of parts swaped with there x220 replacements And so so so much more cursed things hiding underneath (Unironically so proud of myself for resurecting this)
