A little confused. The linked boards use the Allwinner H616 or H618 chips, which are Arm Cortex A53 chips.
I believe that this https://mangopi.org/mqpro is a Risc-V chip, but details are light. I believe it is this https://riscv.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Allwinner-XuanTie-C906-RISC-V-Processor.jpg thus 64 bit, single core, 512MiB.
If the latter is all correct, your point is still spot-on, so long as this board is available. Pity no multi-core.

@gparmer@discuss.systems @krismicinski @regehr@mastodon.social crap I misread that page, I knew they were using only Allwinner D1s for a while, but didn't recognize the numbers and thought they added newer chips; I thought mango pi was all RISC-V
