Today is the meeting of the Virginia Board of Housing and Community Development. I am watching for whether two of the three statewide building code proposals I worked on will be adopted: affordable elevators at 6 stories and below and single stair at 5 and 6 stories. Fourth floor single stair has consensus and is likely to be adopted.
