I abandoned github for my personal stuff a couple of years ago. Nowadays, I prefer Radicle, because of its p2p nature (which is quite fitting, considering git itself).

@richiekhoo@hachyderm.io The hiatus from github has similarities with the hiatus from sourceforge, back... was it almost 2 decades? I forget. Back then, it was another form of enshittification, but still. So history repeats itself. Everyone moves to another place. The lesson is to try not to get too emotionally attached to whatever place you end up in, I guess...
