Listing the salary in job ads has always been best practice and recommended for equality and diversity reasons.
From next month, in the EU, it becomes law.
So why is newly founded EDIC publishing job ads for their Paris team with vague nonsense like "salary commensurate with national public-sector standards"?
Do you *want* the best people, or not?
Come on EDIC. Fix this please. Publish the full salary bands.

I've sent them an email. I guess the Open Souce community will soon see if they're serious about their mission.
