19th place: "Pet Factory" for the #SEGA #MasterSystem (by Ray Tube Games). This an original puzzle game and so has an original game design and original graphics. This is an educational game where you can learn about what sort of creatures that can be genetically engineered (shown as one of the four endings e.g. a wooly mouse).
