Q: When is a link not a link?
A: When it's actually a button masquerading as a link.
Would someone be able to tell me why #Swale District Council decided to eschew the humble <a> tag and use <button> instead?
The upshot, if you middle-click on a thing (to open it in a new tab), nothing happens 😡
