@yatil@yatil.social @dasdom@chaos.social The problem is that there are different applications of AI (it’s a very large blanket term). Hate honestly isn’t strong enough for LLMs and generative AI whose primary aim is to replace creative work entirely. But for other applications like translation or assistance, it’s largely dependent on the quality of the implementation and the end goal of the project. Unfortunately because generative projects have usurped the term AI, it’s also affecting people’s perception of the rest.
