Oh, very cool!
8- )
I have fond memories of the Z-80 family! I chose this CPU for my Assembly Language course on a NorthStar Horizon microcomputer. I then did an independent studies course implementing Forth on it.
I have watched with considerable interest as the RC2014 community developed, but never quite justified getting Yet Another Micro-Board (YAMB).
Using a RPi Pico which emulates a Z-80 changes the game! With this, I can re-explore the Z-80. If I enjoy it enough, I can always look at getting a hardware Z-80. If I am less thrilled, then I have a Pico which I can repurpose.
Now, to figure out if/how I can get it shipped here (U.S.) :- }

@SaguaroLynx@c.im i too started on z80 both Nascom1 and North star horizon. I have a few old Z80 computers lying around, but i do like the east plug in and go of the RC2040. Also take a look at the Pico RomWBW kit too https://extkits.co.uk/product/pico-romwbw/ If you are interested ill look at reinstating posting to the US. I stopped not due to the cost, but the ever changing pricing and rules . I think things have settled down now and I probably should take another kook.
