Mark Carney. He bought his way to a majority after winning a minority on the platform "I'm not Justin Trudeau or Pierre Poilievre" and "elbow's up" (reasonably interpreted as standing up for Canada in the face of USA imperialism). Well, he's not Trudeau and he's not Poilievre. He might be Harper. If Harper just ignored scientists instead of threatening them.
