I wonder if there's anything we can do about it. It crossed my mind to write a reply to that mail thread, but then I thought I don't get to tell maintainers how to run the project, considering I had no contributions at all.

@cosmin@social.linux.pizza Yeah, I would approach with caution however I did find another post that touches on LLM usage policy. Stallman chimes in as well. May need to at least politely point to the two examples you got for that SMP initial draft plus documentation, either by messaging the big man himself or directly with the devs in question. (Thankfully they do seem to be only utilizing ideas rather than just copying 1:1 the code that was generated?
