@neatchee@urusai.social @elessar@social1.ortolo.eu @rustyshelf@mastodon.social While I agree that manufacture and software are totally different areas the key in the Apple - China agreement was not the field of operation but where the factories were located. Apple wasn't willing to move the production because of costs and then had to give something back to China. It would be better they have a plan to move the production outside China. For the EU case: Apple will make more noise but in the end if a law says more app stores they will have to complain (and make the process a pain for consumers because are vindicative)
