2 hours of work for this much #Dandelion honey. It basically tastes just like honey. True fact: The Anglo-Saxons called it "piss-a-bed" because it can make you need to pee. I can't eat honey myself "on account of the #gout " But this stuff doesn't have any of the same issues related to honey from bees. The kids like it, and I'll eat it, so it's a winner. #gardening #solarpunk #honey Do this... it is worth it.
