@simon@social.sgawolf.com @WarnerCrocker@mastodon.social I started backing up iCloud and Photos using Parachute Backup this year, but that doesn't cover everything.
I'm glad that this case has been resolved but I am hoping to hear of policy changes at Apple and major improvements in customer support. I'm not holding my breath.

@paulc@mstdn.social @WarnerCrocker@mastodon.social I was going to say that you might wants someone to hand who can do CPR to resuscitate you because these stories pop up every so often and Apple seem to be generally indifferent to it after sorting out the noisy cases.
