@NeoNacho@mastodon.social @ole@chaos.social @dimsumthinking@mastodon.social afaik @noybeu@mastodon.social is suing one (all?) of the chatbot providers with exactly that argument (+ the right to have your info corrected) and that it applies to LLMs as well. But I think that hasn’t been decided yet and it seems some of the lower courts at least have different opinions.
