Each Arby's sandwich starts off as a puck of compressed meat that is pushed through a high speed shredder this giving if it's familiar and texturally appropriate grain

I remember seeing a motorcycle accident where the rider and his ride were scatttered in multiple pieces, and his severed arm was surrounded with what looked like curly ribbons of pink ham from an Arby's sandwich so bright and light against the very black wet asphalt

@graf@poa.st I can eat deli meats, I used to only eat salami and no other deli meat, because salami has the most defined grain, but I prefer the fresh cut stuff from the butcher counter due to previously mentioned..
