Kids may have knowledge but wisdom how to use it often comes when personal responsibility kicks in. Like I do know how to do shenanigans. I've had that knowledge since I was kid. Now I won't do it as I'm acoountable for my actions and I can refer to what other people feel about them. So it's wise not to.
