FTR: Hezbollah is not holding its fire either. There is a constant stream of attacks from their side as well.
The "ceasefire" basically means now "please keep the fire to the area of South Lebanon and let anyone else live in peace". In Israel some border towns and villages are getting alerts, but almost only those really close to the border.
